- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Season Turkey
Preheat oven to 350°F. Rub turkey breast with olive oil and season with sage, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Place in a roasting pan. Pour broth around (not over) the turkey. Roast for 1 hour 15 minutes, basting every 20 minutes.

Remove when internal temp reaches 165°F. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
