- 2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lbs potatoes for mashing

Mix Meatloaf
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix gently until just combined.

Shape & Bake
Form into a loaf shape in a baking dish. Spread extra ketchup on top. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.

Make Mashed Potatoes
While meatloaf bakes, boil potatoes until tender. Mash with butter and milk until creamy.

Let meatloaf rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes.
