Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced

  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions
