Ingredients
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted

Cook Noodles
Boil egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.

Mix Casserole
In a large bowl, combine noodles, chicken, soup, sour cream, vegetables, half the cheese, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
