- 1 bunch thin asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season Salmon & Veggies
Place salmon and asparagus on the sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper over both.

Top salmon with lemon slices. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and asparagus is tender.
